If you are after the Xiaomi phones and are regularly looking to get one at the flash sales that the company holds, you should know about the F-code. Basically a short form for the Fan code, this is a combination of numbers and letters and a long code that you can use to directly get the access to purchase a Xiaomi device without having to wait or try to get one during the flash sale.

As the Mi.com website says, F-code is priority code that allows you to add a hot selling Mi product to your shopping cart during flash sales. F = Friend, and it’s our way of thanking special Mi fans for your support! F-codes are granted to MIUI forum moderators, Mi Community administrators, Mi Fan Club presidents, and more! It’s how we reach out to super hardcore Mi fans around the world.

That’s true. It is more of the fans that get these codes for being active in the community and clubs. Not most of them would always use it so they share these codes generously with friends or with the ones who need it on the forums and social networks. If you happen to get an F-code to redeem for the smartphone you want, check out the following steps.

You can head to the link directly or go to the phone page that you want to buy and there on the top menu, you will see the F-code link there. Click on that.

Now, you will see a page where you can enter the F-code and the CAPTCHA that is shown. Then click on “USE F-CODE”.

It will check if the F-code is the correct one and also let you know which particular model it is for. If you are sure you wanted that particular model, use it.

The phone will be added to the cart and you will be able to even have the Mi Protect option added to it. Otherwise, just proceed and confirm the order by either paying online or opting for the COD option.
