Lenovo India is taking all the steps to have a mark on the budget segment with their smartphones and now with the tablets as well. With the launch of Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20 the company is strengthening their budget tablet range by launching the tablet at a price of Rs. 5,499 officially.
The tablet device comes with a 7-inch IPSdisplay with resolution of 1024×600 pixels and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. It has 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded using microSD card up to 32GB. The Lenovo tab 2 A7-20 sports a 2MP rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP front-facing camera. The device comes with Android 4.4 Kitkat and is said will be getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20 comes with connectivity features like Wi-Fi, the tablet offers USB OTG, and Micro-USB. the tablet is powered by a 3450mAh battery to run the 7-inch IPS display. It comes with Dolby audio system which is seen in most of the Lenovo devices coming after the A7000. The elder sibling to this tablet the Tab 2 A7-30 was launched at a price tag of Rs. 8500 and another higher end tablet the Lenovo Phab Plus was launched last week at a price of Rs. 18,490.
