The Predator series from Acer include a smartphone, a projector, gaming laptops, a monitor, and a tablet device – the Acer Predator 8, and this is what the company calls a perfect gaming tablet. At the press conference in IFA 2015 event, Acer announced this tablet with four front-facing speakers, named Quadio, which is not just for the speakers but also for the surround sound.
Modeled GT-810, the Predator 8 from Acer has a 8-inch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels Full HD resolution, and there is a Predator TacSense that gives tactile feedback while gaming, for the full gaming experience. The device is powered by Intel Atom X7 processor with Intel HD graphics, and it runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The company’s Predator ColorBlast technology injects brilliant color into the games with a 100% NTSC color gamut. There is also a MediaMaster feature that allows user to customize audio and video settings in different profiles. Tweak settings for deeper blacks in movies, better contrast in games, advanced volume controls and more.
The four speaker take their place on the front four corners of the tablet, and the back has soft-touch grip pads for the comfort while gaming. For the connectivity, the Predator 8 has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with 2×2 MIMO for faster connections and quicker processing of data. The internal storage is said to be up to 64GB, so we expect a 32GB variant as well, but a MicroSD card slot allows for storage expansion by 128GB more.
Acer claims that it has partnered with GameLoft for a better gaming experience, and the Predator 8 will come with Asphalt 8 pre-installed, and 320,000 game credits will be provided for free (total value of $50).
For the touchscreen, it works with even a pen or stylus, and an optional Acer Accurate Stylus is also available if someone wants to use a stylus on the large screen when not gaming.

It will be available later on the other stores as well.
