According to the images, we ca see that the Android 6.0 Marshmallow Over-the-Air update is 338.1 MB for the Android One smartphones which come with similar ROM specifications thus having a similar file size.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes with some important updates like new Doze battery saving features to help save battery by cutting off background activity using motion detection when the phone is in standby, ready to give alerts like alarms, calls etc. Some other important features with the new OS are App Permissions, Web Experience, App Links, Mobile Payments, Fingerprint Support for device sporting a sensor.
