Earlier this week, the ZTE Axon Android Smartphone, targeting their US market, which was a pretty interesting product with high end hardware specifications, latest software and features that are meant to impress more people to buy the ZTE Axon.
And at the MWC 2015 event, that is currently on going in Shanghai, ZTE announced yet another Android Smartphone that would cover their mid-range segment, the ZTE Blade D6.
Even though the Blade D6 is a mid range Android device, the device seems pretty premium when it comes to built quality. The device is built using a special Aluminium alloy, and the design kind of resembles the Apple iPhone 6 (not complaining). The device weighs in at 120g and it is also pretty thin at 6.95mm.
In the specifications department too, the device does not disappoint as it is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor from Mediatek along with Mali-T720 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage space provided is 16 GB, however there is a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. There is a 13 MP rear facing camera with dual LED flash along with a 5 MP secondary camera unit. The battery provided is of 2,200 mAh.
The ZTE Blade D6 accepts Dual SIM, however, the secondary SIM slot is a hybrid for the MicroSD card slot as well. The device supports 4G LTE and runs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop software along with a custom MiFavour custom ZTE UI on top.
The Smartphone will be available within a few months, primarily on Japan, Australia and Russia with four different color variants: Grey, Gold, Pink and Silver.
