YU is busy preparing to launch new mid-range smartphones in India with YU YU6000 being the earlier device spotted and in the recent GFXBench and Zauba listings a new mid-range device, the YU5200 is spotted revealing the specifications of the device.
This device is also a mid-ranger with 4G LTE Dual SIM support, it comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display and powered by a 1.6GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory expandable with microSD card.

The mid-range YU5200 comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. It comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and has connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The details about the battery capacity have not been revealed yet.
YU is seriously looking at making its position in the mid-range segment strong by releasing two new imported smartphones with the YU6000 being the bigger of the two at 6-inch and the YU5200 with a smaller 5.2-inch Display with their name depicting the screen size. There is a lot of competition in the mid-range segment and with devices have similar and better specifications below the Rs. 10,000 like the Coolpad Note 3, Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus etc we can expect YU to be pricing the two devices competitively as well.
The smartphone is found to be imported at a price of Rs. 9,036 and we can expect it to be launched below the Rs. 10,000 mark.
