Xolo has announced their latest smartphone in the budget segment, the One HD which joins the One series by Xolo. The devices sports a 5-inch HD IPS display having resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Xolo has recently launched a 3GB variant of the Xolo Black on December. The Xolo One HD is released in the budget segment below Rs. 5,000 and has some decent specs to compete with the likes of Lenovo A 2010, Phicomm Energy 653 and YU Yunique.
The Xolo One HD is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580M processor with Mali 400MP2 GPU. It is coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The Xolo One HD sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash along with 1.4um pixel size, OmniVision BSI-2 sensor and 5P lens and a 5MP front facing camera with 1.4µm pixel size, 4P lens, 84-degree wide angle lens and LED flash to get bright selfies even in low light conditions. The device measures 143 x 72.6 x 9.5mm, from the images we can see that the bezels are at a minimum for a device in this price range.
The smartphone comes with Dual SIM support, it has the following connectivity features like 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. Lack of 4G LTE is the one thing which makes the device not up to the competition with the other devices in the below 5k segment. It is powered by a 2300mAh battery which gives decent battery life for the device. The Xolo One HD comes in White and Black color only and is priced at Rs. 4,777. It will be available for sale in 3 days exclusively from Amazon India website.
