Xiaomi on January 13th announced on twitter about an exciting launch by the company in India. The announcement about the launch of Redmi Note 3 in India is what the company has been tweeting about from yesterday. It is going to be the variant with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor that is coming to India.
The exact date has not been announced yet but it is not going to be in this month is what I can make out because of the mission which Xiaomi announced. They are looking for 100 explorers who will get to experience the Redmi Note 3 first-hand and return the device after completing the missions. Users taking part in the mission have a chance to win a Mi band.
Specifications of Redmi Note 3:

- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor with Cortex-A53
- RAM and Storage: two variants of 2GB and 3GB RAM and 16GB and 32GB built-in storage variants

Users can register at the company’s official India website by January 31 to join in the explorers contest to get a chance to preview the phone before it launches and also get a chance to win a Mi band by completing the missions.
Update: The previous version of this article stated Mediatek SoC, while it is the Snapdragon 650 processor that will power the upcoming Redmi Note 3 in India.
