Xiaomi at the launch event in China have unveiled a new variant of the Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro alongside the MIJIA Ecosystem and Mi IH Electric Cooker. The Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro is the upgraded version of the Redmi 3 launched earlier this year and it comes with some pretty amazing upgrades from its predecessor. The Redmi 3 Pro has better RAM and storage along with a Fingerprint sensor which was absent in the Redmi 3.
The Redmi 3 Pro sports a 5-inch HD display having 294ppi pixel density along with full metal body. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor and 3GB RAM which is an upgrade from 2GB RAM in Redmi 3, while the internal storage is upgraded to 32GB from the 16GB storage as seen in Redmi 3.

The Redmi 3 Pro comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with 0.1-second phase detection autofocus along with a single LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. One of the major upgrades of the Redmi 3 Pro compared to the Redmi 3 is the inclusion of Fingerprint sensor on the back of the device.
The Redmi 3 Pro comes with 4100mAh battery and has connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Redmi 3 Pro is priced at 899 Yuan and will be available in China from April. The Redmi 3 is priced at 699 Yuan .
