Xiaomi seems to be busy with so many launches lined-up in the next couple of weeks; it has the much excited Mi 6 coming in very soon, here’s another device from the company that is in line to join the list. The device in talks is the Xiaomi Mi Max 2; successor the last year’s Mi Max. The device is spotted on GFX benchmark applications, revealing most of the specifications of the device even before the official launch. The Mi Max is being codenamed as Xiaomi Oxygen on the benchmark application.
The device sports a 6.44-inches Full HD (1920 X 1080) display, while the GFX application just says it is powered by a Qualcomm’s Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 506 GPU, it misses out on the chipset details. Although previous rumors suggest that it will be powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC. It packs 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage of which only 109GB is available for end users. The Mi Max 2 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with MIUI skin on top.

According to the benchmark applications, the device features a 12-megapixel rear camera with UHD 4K video recording support and on the front, a 5-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC. Details regarding battery are unknown, so we will have to wait for some time before we know rest of the details for sure.
