Xiaomi Mi6 specifications leaked via GFX Benchmark application

If rumors are to be believed, Xiaomi is on the verge of introducing the Mi 6 Flagship smartphone at a special event in China. Thanks to various leaks over the past few weeks, Mi 6 has managed to hit the news, and today we see yet another leaked information about the device. The Mi 6 prototype has managed to surface on GFX benchmark application revealing complete specification list and is now public on benchmark database. GFX benchmark application refers the device as ‘Xiaomi Sagit’ but, from the chipset details, it’s quite clear that it is indeed the most awaited Mi 6.

Moving along, the Mi 6 sports a 5.1-inches Full HD (1920 X 1080) display that might have Corning Gorilla Glass protection and It is powered by the Qualcomm’ Snapdragon 835 SoC Octa-Core processor with Adreno 540 GPU. It packs either 4GB RAM with 64GB storage or 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage depending on the model you pick. The Xiaomi Mi 6 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with MIUI overlaid on top.

In the camera department, the Mi 6 rocks a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 4K recording, and on the front, it has an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. The device will come with features like Fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor and connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. Though details regarding battery are yet to be known, we hope we won’t be waiting too long for rest of the details to emerge.

Pricing: Coming to pricing, reports from previous leaks suggest that the Mi 6 is priced at CNY 1,999 ($289 approximately), and 2,699 ($391 or €367) for the version with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Stay tuned for more details about Mi 6.
