Earlier (August 17, 2018) : Vivo V11 Specs, Live Images Leaked – with Waterdrop screen
Vivo V11, the successor to the ever-so-popular selfie-centric smartphone, Vivo V9, was leaked in its entirety. The smartphone sees a significant bump over the previous generation regarding features and the SOC.
Leaked Vivo V11 Specs
The rumored specs of the upcoming V11 smartphone include a 6.41-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. The display has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, thanks to the waterdrop-like notch on the front, similar to its Oppo counterpart.
Powering the smartphone would the be the powerful Snapdragon 660 AIE SOC with Adreno 512 GPU. It would come with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, expandable storage up to 256 GB via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Color OS on top.
The Vivo V11 comes with a dual camera setup similar to its predecessor. The primary cameras is a step down from the previous gen’s with the current gen V9 sporting a 16 MP unit, while the upcoming smartphone will come with a 12 MP unit. The secondary camera is a 5 MP depth-sensing camera for portrait shots. The front-facing camera sees a tiny bump in resolution with a 25 MP unit, over the last gen’s 24 MP camera.
The leaks also suggest that the V11 will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner similar to the Vivo X21. The battery too sees a marginal upgrade with a 3400 mAh unit, over the 3260 mAh battery found on the V9.
For connectivity, the phone comes with 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, GPS, with Dual SIM support, although it is still unknown whether the company would use a dedicated sim plus microSD card slot. The phone will weigh 156 gms and would be 7.9 mm thin.
Although the screenshot revealed almost every specification about the upcoming smartphone, there is no word on availability and pricing.
