Vernee, a relatively new brand in China, has just announced the Apollo smartphone while revealing a few specifications of the device. Not just one, but there are details given about three phones, of which, the Vernee Apollo seems to be the most interesting one, thanks to the specifications included.
To be released from April 2016, the Vernee Apollo is said to be boasting 6GB of RAM to support the MediaTek MT6797 Helio X20 chipset. Along with that, it will carry a 5.5-inch Quad HD screen (2560 x 1440 pixels) and an internal storage of 128GB is what you get to see in it.
What else? It is a camera combination of a 21-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front-facing shooter, which again is a great combo. The phones are said to be coming with USB Type-C connectivity, so we suppose there might be some support for quick charging, and it is a Full metal uni-body design on the exterior.
Another cool feature one might still want to boast about is the 3D Force Touch, which is a part of just a limited number of phones, and gained all the attention due to its inclusion in the Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. There’s no talk about the Android version it will run, though.
There is no talk about its price, but we won’t be seeing Vernee Apollo to be hitting skies with the price because the company officials say that they’d like to be aggressive with the pricing, to deliver some great products at a price that kills any competition. We’ll have to wait until April to learn more about it.
