Panasonic India has launched what they call the camera phone in its P series, the Panasonic P88, which comes with a Triple LED flash for the rear camera and an LED flash for even the front-facing camera. The smartphone comes with a 5.3 Inch HD IPS display having a 2.5D curved arc glass on the sides and ASAHI glass protection on the top to keep it scratch-resistant.
Internally, the Panasonic P88 smartphone is powered by 1.25GHz Quad Core processor along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot helps with the storage expansion, with support for up to 128GB. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Android for Work. The 13-megapixel rear camera of the device has triple LED flash support, while the 5-megapixel front-facing camera too has an LED flash support. This is a Dual SIM device with support for 4G LTE and VoLTE as well, and the two SIM slots are dedicated ones with the slot for MicroSD card being a separate one. The device is powered by a removable 2600 mAh battery.
The other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS with A-GPS, and FM with RDS. The Panasonic P88 is available on all brand outlets across the country, and it is priced at Rs. 9290. It is going to be available in Gold and Charcoal Grey options.
