While announcing Yuvraj Singh as the sports brand ambassador for the company, after the recent announcement of the partnership with ICC for two years, the company launched the new OPPO F1 Plus. The prime feature of the device is its 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The device is the successor to the Selfie Expert Oppo F1 smartphone y the company.
The Oppo F1 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage which is expandable further using microSD card to 128GB.

Coming to the 16MP front facing camera which is main aspect of the device there is an exclusive customized sensor, which is said to give 4 times the sensitivity with as much the incoming light, and that results in clearer and brighter selfies. The OPPO F1 Plus has beautification (with the name Beautify) and the new version of its Beautify mode, i.e. Beautify 4.0. The features for selfies include Selfie Panorama and Palm gestures.
The bezels on the front are narrow, with just about 1.66mm on each side, and the device has a fingerprint sensor on the front home button located below the display, which is said to recognize and unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds. It is the ceramic sensor, and just like the other ones recently, the sensor learns and improves with time and usage.
On the back, there is a 13-megapixel camera with Expert mode and Phase-detection autofocus. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS based ColorOS 3.0 and has connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Wifi and dual SIM. It comes with 2850mAh battery with support for VOOC charging technology and features like Sleep power saving for improving battery life and app clearing feature to improve performance of the device. With the VOOC charging, using 5V low voltage charging and a charge for just 5 minutes gives about two hours of talktime. The battery also boasts 31 hours of calling time and 250 hours of standby time.
The Oppo F1 Plus is available in Gold and Rose colors and is priced at Rs. 26990. The device will be available both Offline and Online.
