Android Police has shared a new picture, allegedly a press render of the upcoming flagship OnePlus 5 and it thrashes what was earlier leaked as a prototype. It does look much different from what several leaks showed but this, according to the source, seems legit as it is almost confirmed the accuracy.
The smartphone is set to launch on June 20th as confirmed today itself, the new leak now makes it an interesting deal as we wait to know more. The bezels do look slimmer but what you can see easily is how the dual-lens camera set is placed in the corner and not towards the center unlike how it was on some of the earlier leaked images.
The design does look quite similar to the iPhone 7 Plus with that dual-lens camera and also with the colored antenna line towards the edge of the back, but let’s just not compare it and look at how decent it is with the design. The OnePlus 3 was a looker for sure and the design was so perfect, so it will be interesting to see how the curvy edges and corners will please the users this time.
As said in our launch date post, the confirmed details include the presence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 as the chipset maker confirmed it. It won’t be a long wait and we are as excited as you are to know what the next flagship from OnePlus is going to come with, as usual with a lot of expectations already.
