Motorola India has officially launched the Motorola One Vision smartphone in India, following the One Power in the Motorola One series, and this is the Android One phone that has the tall 21:9 aspect ratio display on the front and it follows the G-series design with a glass back.
The Motorola One Vision comes with the 6.3 inch display and that tall display size giving it the 1080 x 2520 pixels of screen resolution and the 21:9 aspect ratio, which is not common in this price range. The device has glass on both, front and back, and it has a plastic frame on the side to join the two sides. The Motorola one Vision is powered by Exynos 9609 processor, and it is an octa-core chipset that clocks at 2.1 GHz and there is Mali G72-MP3 GPU. There is 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage with a Hybrid SIM slot offering an option to expand the storage if there is a need.
The phone runs Android 9 Pie with the stock Android and Moto experience with some gesture features, and since the device is a part of the Android One program, there is guaranteed 2 major OS updates and security updates for the next three years.
There is a 48-megapixel rear camera with the Samsung GM1 sensor that has the quad-pixel technology to come up with 12MP captures, and there is OIS support for Full HD videos while the camera can capture 4K videos at 30 fps. There is also a 5MP secondary camera for depth sensing. On the front of the phone is the 25-megapixel selfie camera that is housed in the screen area as a punch-hole camera. It has a 3500 mAh battery and there is a 15W charger in the box for fast charging the device. The phone is priced at Rs. 19999.
