After launching the Moto G5 Plus in India, Lenovo has launched the G5, the trim down variant of the G5+. The Moto G5 sports a 5-inches Full HD 1080p display and is powered by the Snapdragon 430 SoC and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. Let’s check out the specifications of the G5 in detail once again.
Moto G5 specifications
The Motorola Moto G5 sports a 5-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. The G5 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box.
Talking about the camera, there is a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture that can record 1080p display and on the front, it has a 5-megapixel shooter with OmniVision OV5693 sensor, f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls. The device comes with Water repellent nano-coating, Front-ported loudspeaker and a Fingerprint sensor for extra security. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n ((2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. A 2800mAh removable battery with rapid charging support is on board.
