Micromax has launched their latest 4G LTE enabled smartphone, the Canvas Blaze 4G+ Q414 which is the latest addition to the Blaze series. Micromax had launched Canvas Blaze 4G Q400 in September. The Canvas Blaze 4G+ Q414 comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display having resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The display is the same one seen on its predecessor the Canvas Blaze 4G.
The Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G+ Q414 is powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU, the Canvas Blaze 4G was powered by Snapdragon 210 SoC. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage which is expandable using microSD card.

The smartphone sports a 8MP rear camera with LED flash and auto Focus, there is a 2MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, supports Dual SIM with 4G LTE support. The connectivity features are 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
The Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G+ Q414 is powered by a 1750mAh battery which is quite good for the specs of the device, sufficient to give one day of usage on one full charge. There has been a decrease in the battery capacity from 2000mAh to 1750mAh the reason for which is not clear. It is named Canvas Blaze 4G+ as it supports 4G LTE bands – TDD B40 2300mHz and FDD B3 1800MHz for India.
The Canvas Blaze 4G+ has not been launched officially, it is priced at Rs. 6,199 and will be available in Black color only. It is priced cheaper than the Canvas Blaze 4G which was launched at Rs. 6,999.
