The LG Q6, just like the flagship G6 comes with a FullVision display with the 18:9 aspect ratio and the actual resolution is 2160×1080 for the 5.5-inch screen. The phone has the Series 7000 aluminum body on the exterior. The phone is going to be sold with the 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. The Dual SIM phone also has a dedicated MicroSD card slot for the storage expansion.
The bigger aspect ratio and the slimmer bezels help keep the phone slimmer than usual and it is 69.3mm wide. Internally, the LG Q6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor and it runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat with the LG’s UI layered over it. For the security, there is no fingerprint sensor offered, thus the company wants you to rely on Face Unlock or KnockCode.
There is a 13-megapixel rear camera and on the front is a 5-megapixel camera that offers about 100-degree wide-angle shots. While the latest standard connectivity options are all available (including 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, Wi-Fi, and GPS) on the LG Q6, the phone will have a 3000 mAh battery to support all the usage. The color options in which the smartphone is going to be available include Astro Black, Ice Platinum, and Terra Gold.
While the exact price is not known, the teasers say it is Rs. 1_,990, which indicates that the device is priced under Rs. 20000, and we will get to know the actual details on August 10th when the device officially launches. The two other phones in the series, i.e. the LG Q6+ and LG Q6a are not yet coming to India.
