LG has launched the G4 Stylus 3G smartphone in India which is a new variant of the LG G4. The smartphone is listed on the company website priced at Rs. 19,000. This version of LG G4 Stylus comes with a lot of changes in specifications along with processor and absence of 4G LTE support and hence named 3G.
The LG G4 Stylus 3G sports a 5.7-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels having pixel density of 258ppi. It is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor, unlike the G4 Stylus 4G which sports 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. The G4 Stylus 3G comes with 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.
The LG G4 Stylus 3G sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and comes with Laser Autofocus as well. The front camera is a 5-megapixel shooter. The 4G variant comes with a 13MP rear camera. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based LG UX 4.0 UI. The device measures 154.3×79.2×9.6mm and weighs 163 grams. It comes with connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n; Bluetooth 4.1; NFC; A-GPS; Glonass, and Micro-USB.
It is powered by a 3000mAh battery which is removable as it comes with the same removable back panel. Some additional features of the LG G4 Stylus are Gesture shot which allows the camera to open and close a hand in front of the lens to start a three-second countdown for the shutter. Glance view lets users show notifications on the display when it is turned off. Another feature is the Knock Code which lets users to set a knock pattern, which can be used to unlock your device.
The LG G4 Stylus 3G is launched in India at a price of Rs. 19,000 and will be available shortly. LG has recently slashed the price of LG G4 Stylus as well to Rs. 21,000 from Rs. 24,990 when it was launched.
