Lenovo after the acquisition of Motorola has not fully utilized the design profile which surely is attractive compared to that of Lenovo itself. But with the Lenovo Vibe X3 which was spotted in many leaks and rumors the design seems to be carried on slowly into Lenovo devices. The Lenovo Vibe Shot which we had reviewed earlier has its own unique design aspect which is quite attractive and we can see that the design factor is being carried onto these new Vibe series devices as well.
In the most recent spotting, a new toned down version of the Lenovo Vibe X3 which is code named the “Legend K51c78 lemon X3 Lite” on TENAA. The device seems to be the younger sibling to the Vibe X3 with slightly lower specifications overall. The Vibe X3 Lite sports a 5.5-inch full-HD display and is powered by a 1.3GHz unspecified processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM.
The term light makes justice to the fact that the Vibe X3 Lite weighs less that the Vibe X3 and also measures slightly thinner and smaller measuring at 153×75.9×8.7mm compared to 154.76.4×9.4mm Vibe X3. It weighs 152 grams in comparison to 175 grams weight of the Vibe X3. The Vibe X3 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing shooter. A fingerprint sensor is also seen placed right below the rear camera which has become a must for every mid range smartphone these days. The camera and fingerprint sensor set up is slightly different int he Vibe X3 which has the dual-tone flash module placed below the rear camera and the fingerprint sensor below it.
The device is powered by a 3300mAh batter and regular connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi and GPS. If the rumors are to be believed the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite will be priced at CNY 899 which is around Rs. 9,200, which makes it one of the first devices to sports a fingerprint sensor below the Rs. 10,000 mark after the CoolPad Note 3. The availability and launch date of the device is not yet revealed and we are expecting it to be around the festive season to cash in on the sales.
