Alongside the Lenovo A5, Lenovo has also launched their latest K-series smartphone, the Lenovo K9, today, in India. The screen has an 18:9 aspect ratio with a MediaTek SOC. It also features a quad-camera setup.
Lenovo K9
The Lenovo K9 sports a 5.7-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1440×720 pixels. The screen has an 18:9 aspect ratio. Powering the smartphone is a MediaTek MT6762 SOC also known as Helio P22 SOC comes with PowerVR GE 8320 GPU. It comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage, expandable up to 256 GB using a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Lenovo ZUI 5.0 on top.
For imaging, as mentioned above, the Lenovo K9 comes with a quad camera setup, which includes dual cameras on the front, and dual cameras on the back. The primary rear camera uses a 13 MP unit with a 5 MP secondary camera accompanying it for capturing depth information. The story’s same on the front, with a 13 MP primary camera and a secondary 5 MP camera for depth sensing for portrait shots.
An LED flash accompanies both the front and rear cameras.
The Lenovo K9 packs in a 3000 mAh battery underneath which supports standard 10 W charging through the Type C port. The phone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for securing the smartphone. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G VoLTE, Dual-band 802.11 ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS.

The Lenovo K9 comes in Black and Blue colors. The phone is priced at INR 8,999 and will be available exclusively on starting from October 20, 2018.
