Lava just announced one of the first Android Oreo Go edition powered smartphones, the Lava Z50. This device is designed to provide a better product experience to the first-time smartphone users and will be retailing in the offline stores by mid-March. The device has been designed to address most of the concerns that a new smartphone user faces and tries to resolve them.
The Lava Z50 comes with Android Oreo Go edition that addresses issues of storage space, the slow functioning of applications and a cluttered user interface. Lava Z50 has a 5MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with Flash to enhance low light images with higher sharpness. The camera app in the device offers Bokeh mode with both, the front, as well as the rear camera and thereby, allows for capturing of moments emphasizing the object over the background. The device supports searching in 10 major Indian languages along with Image search which helps make the device more accessible to the rural areas.
