Lava has launched their latest 4G smartphone under V series, the V2s which has a 5-inch HD IPS display with 4G LTE connectivity. The device is powered by a 1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor with Mali-T720 GPU. Recently there have been many smartphones launched in the similar range with InFocus Bingo 50 being one of them which has 3GB of RAM and the best part, it comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
The Lava V2s does not come with such exiting features but is a regular entry level device decent enough for the price it is being offered in. The Lava V2s has 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 8GB internal memory which can expanded using microSD card. It sports the typical Lava V series design concept with rounded borders and capacitive buttons below the display.

The Lava V2s comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The camera optics in the Lava V2s is impressive with an 8MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and a similar 8MP front facing camera with LED flash. The device comes with 2500mAh battery and has connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
The Lava V2s is available in Icy White and Mirror Black colors and is priced at Rs. 7,899. The device will be available through Amazon India and Indiatimes Shopping websites along with other retailers.
