Lava has announced their latest entry level smartphone into the Indian market in their Fuel series called Fuel F2. It is an entry level device with a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display having resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It is coupled with a very ordinary 512MB of RAM which is not up to date for the current smartphone market.
It comes with 8GB of Internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. another device which was launched today in the similar entry level segment was the Intex Cloud Breeze which is priced lower but comes with 1GB of RAM.

The device sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera which is pretty ordinary. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS which is great for the price tag it carries and compared to the Android 4.4 Kitkat in the Intex Cloud Breeze it is an upgrade.
The Lava Iris Fuel F2 comes with Dual SIM, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity options. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery and gives decent battery life as it sports a FWVGA display.
