Huawei has launched their Flagship smartphones, the P9 and P9 Plus at an event in London yesterday and today the company has made another variant, the P9 Lite official in Russia. The device comes with toned down specifications compared to the P9 and P9 Plus. It comes with a Kirin 650 Octa-core SoC compared to the Kirin 955 SoC and the device comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display.
The Huawei P9 Lite comes with 2GB / 3GB RAM variants along with 16GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB using microSD card. Unlike the P9 and P9 Plus the P9 Lite comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera. The P9 and P9 Plus comes with dual camera lens.

The device is powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS based EMUI 4.1. The device is powered by a 3000mAh battery along with USB Type-C port. It comes with connectivity features like 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC. The device also comes with a square Fingerprint sensor on the back of the device.
The Huawei P9 Lite was announced in Russia and will be launched around June and comes in Silver and Gold colors. There are no updates about the pricing of the device and availability of the device in other regions around the world.
