Huawei has introduced the P10 and P10 Plus smartphones at the MWC 2017 event. The Huawei P10 series is the successor to the last year’s P9 series and has the same Leica powered dual rear cameras. This time around, we also get the Plus variant of the P10; the P10 Plus that comes with a bigger display and a curved screen, while the regular P10 has a flat screen 5.1-inch display just like its predecessor; the P9.
The Huawei P9 was an excellent phone with a lot to offer in the camera department. Huawei has considered to retain what’s good (with little changes) and bring out changes in the other aspects while launching the successor to it. The partnership with Leica stays but the company has brought about some changes to the exterior of the phone. Sandblast finish, a new process for making the phone and the Graphite Black variant that was introduced with the Huawei P8 is being brought back with the P10. There are a bunch of color options going to be available here, including rose gold, and mystic silver. According to Huawei, it is the Hyper Diamond-Cut Finishing that is done on the P10 and P10 Plus, that leads to tactile touch experience with brilliant light reflections. The phones have Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and the display has 2.5D glass.
