There was news about a device from Doogee sporting a massive battery capacity around 6000mAh, keeping the rumors above the manufacturer has announced their latest smartphone the Doogee T6 which is sporting a massive and increasing the battery capacity to 6250mAh. This makes this device having the highest battery capacity of any smartphone in the market.
There is another device which sports a 6000mAh battery – Oukitel K6000 which comes in second thanks to the 250mAh more capacity of the Doogee T6. Even the huge battery capacity the company has managed to make the device sleek with a thickness of 9.9mm. The company promises the device to last for 101 hours between charges, it is using MediaTek’s PumpExpress technology along with reverse charging which manages to turn your device into a power bank, and can charge your other devices.
The device is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 processor supported by 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory which is non-expandable. The Doogee T6 comes with 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing camera. The device supports 2A fast charge along with reverse charge as already mentioned. The device will run on Android OS mostly Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The device will be released in November as mentioned by the company and this is just a teaser to keep the users excited. This battery set up is surely taking the battery capacity in smartphones to a new level. The competition in terms of the Oukitel K6000 having a 6000mAh battery is fierce in China and this will surely be seen from other companies as well. Globally Gionee has the marathon series which sports a 5000mAh battery. The other details of the Doogee T6 have not been revealed like the display, availability date and pricing which can only be seen around November.
