Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship; the Mi 6 which might go official very soon. New details about the Xiaomi’s Mi 6 have leaked along with the affordable Mi smartphone; the Xiaomi Mi 5C. A popular Chinese tipster posted the purported specifications of the Mi 6 and live image of the Xiaomi Mi 5C on Weibo.
According to the tipster who revealed these details, the Xiaomi Mi 6 will come in two different variants, one with 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and Full HD display. While the high-end Mi 6 will sport WQHD screen resolution with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The new leak suggests that the top-end Mi 6 will sport dual-edged curved screen, 6GB of RAM, and a ceramic body falling in-line with the recent leaks surfaced. This brings us to the fact that the regular Mi 6 will have a flat screen display, while the most expensive model will pack a dual edged curved screen.
Moving along, the leak further adds that the new Mi 6 will feature a 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensor on the rear and an 8-megapixel shooter with Sony IMX268 sensor on the front. Though the rest of the specifications remains a mystery for now.
Along with the Mi 6, Xiaomi might also launch the Mi 5C to its Mi 5 series after Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus. The Xiaomi Mi 5C will pack on-screen navigation buttons, and the fingerprint sensor moves to the rear. It is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The Mi 5C will have the 12/8MP camera combination. The device packs a 3200mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 with MIUI 8 out-of-the-box.
