Reputed tipster Evan Blass just leaked out the entire official spec sheet of OnePlus 3T. The soon to be launched smartphone will sport the latest Snapdragon 821 along with a whopping 16 MP front camera. OnePlus 3T shall also rock a new Gunmetal color scheme along with the already available Soft Gold. Other things are pretty similar to the current OnePlus 3 except for a larger 3400 mAh battery and 128 GB storage option.

Speaking of the exterior, the OnePlus 3T is absolutely indistinguishable from OnePlus 3. Both the handsets look the exact same and bear identical physical dimensions along with equal weight. The Graphite color of the OnePlus 3 is replaced with a fresh brownish Gunmetal color option. The soft gold variant is still there, though. The upcoming smartphone sports the same Anodized aluminum unibody construction of its predecessor.
Upfront, there is the 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED display. Featuring Full HD 1080p resolution and covered with Gorilla Glass 4, the screen is absolutely similar to that of the OnePlus 3. Inside there lies the mighty Snapdragon 821 chipset. Unlike the Google Pixel and Pixel XL, the processor inside OnePlus 3T runs at its full potential and can reach up to 2.35 GHz clock speed. At the graphics department sits an overclocked Adreno 530 GPU.
Coming to the storage, OnePlus 3T comes with 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM along with 64 GB or 128 GB of UFS 2.0 onboard storage. Unfortunately, the smartphone still doesn’t run the latest Android 7.0 Nougat instead it is powered by OxygenOS based on the older Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. A notable upgrade is the 3400 mAh DASH charging supported battery. This is over 12 percent increase from the 3000 mAh cell of OnePlus 3.
Speaking of the camera, the latest smartphone sports the same 16 MP Sony IMX 298 rear camera. It sports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) as well as EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) and can shoot up to 4K videos at 30fps. The most interesting part is the selfie snapper. OnePlus 3T rocks a massive 16 MP front camera with Samsung 3P8SP sensor. This is double of the 8 MP front shooter of the OnePlus 3 and should definitely please the selfie enthusiasts. The front camera features EIS, but sadly can’t shoot 4K videos.
The other specs of the OnePlus 3T are the same as the OnePlus 3. Like, they both rock the latest Type-C USNB port, dual Nano SIM slots, bottom facing speakers, dual band Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, NFC, etc. Although we don’t have any confirmation regarding the pricing till now, speculations suggest that the new flagship will be priced at around $479 USD (Rs. 32,499 approx.). We are not sure if this is the price of the 128 GB variant or the 64 GB one.
Wow! Oneplus 3T, any update on the launch?
