We’ve been expecting new Nokia phones at the MWC event and just days after reports spotted a compact phone from Nokia parent brand, HMD Global on the US certification site FCC, reputed leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks) has leaked a few press renders of the Nokia 1. The photos show a compact smartphone that clearly aims the budget segment. Additionally, @evleaks also posted the renders of Nokia 7 Plus which is again expected to be announced in MWC 2018.
Nokia 1 is seen to sport a single lens rear camera while the Nokia 7 Plus is shown with a dual camera setup for the rear camera. This is the first seen image of the rumored Nokia 1 from a credible source and the curved body design in the Nokia 1 is dissimilar to the leak we saw the previous week. The smartphone from Nokia is expected to come in two color variants and the Nokia 1 will be an entry-level smartphone with an HD IPS LCD panel and sports 1GB RAM alongside 8GB internal storage.
Evan Blass also tweeted the images of Nokia 7 Plus and the images reveal that the phone might run Google’s Android One project software. Also, the Nokia 7 Plus was spotted with a dual camera setup and Carl Zeiss lens along with dual LED flash. There is also a fingerprint sensor spotted in the Nokia 7 below the camera module.
According to the rumors, the Nokia 7 Plus will be a mid-range smartphone which is expected to be announced at MWC 2018. Rumours suggest a 6-inch 18:9 display with dual 12MP + 13MP camera setup. The RAM on the device is 4GB RAM and has 64GB internal storage.
