HTC has dumped the ‘One’ flagship name and hopefully to get back into the game with their latest flagship has named it HTC 10. The flagship by HTC has been spotted and a lot of rumors have been going around, but this particular leak appears to be more than real, Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) has posted a couple of real-life images. There have been press render leaked by Evan Blass (@evleaks) as well giving the leak some credibility on the design aspect.
There seems to be a major revamp in the design aspect with the rounded borders and a Home button with the Fingerprint sensor in it giving it the look of Samsung and HTC combined. the rounded borders similar to other HTC models has been maintained and the front seems more like a Samsung device.
Complete design can be appreciated from the press render leaks seen below. There seems to be a USB Type-C port which is a must in any flagship with the recent Samsung Galaxy S7 and LG G5 sporting it as well. The Camera on the back seems to be protruding slightly similar to the Galaxy S7 and on the sides are LED flash and Laser Autofocus sensor. The phone sports a 5.15-inch QHD resolution AMOLED display and is powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 12MP rear camera wit the same sensor seen in the Nexus 6P is what the rumors are stating.
The proportions of the device seem more refined compared to the earlier flagship, with the bezels trimmed down wit the glass on the display appearing to be curved towards the edges and the Home button along with the capacitive touch buttons on the bottom give it a complete feel. I personally loved HTC designs from the beginning and this device carries the same in my opinion. The rounded back which made it very comfortable to hold in hand compared to the flat back in Samsung devices has been maintained in this as well.
