Xiaomi’s long rumored laptop might finally get launched on July 27th. An alleged leaked document shows off all the important specifications, pictures, and the price in China, of the laptop that could probably be named as Xiaomi Mi Notebook.
A few slides from the presentation are leaked on GizmoChina, and they reveal the important details. The website also says that the details aren’t authentic, so we are not trusting the leaks completely.
According to these leaks, the Xiaomi Mi Notebook will be coming with the 15.6-inch screen and two variants will be seen, one with the Core i5-6200U and the supporting hardware, and the other one with the Core i7-6700HQ processor. The latter one is the Pro model, which will also have the GTX 970 graphics card, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, 512GB of SSD storage, and it will be a 4K display on the front, with the price tag set at 6,699 Yuan (around Rs. 70000).
The standard model of the Notebook will have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of SSD storage. This variant has the price tag of 3999 Yuan (about Rs. 40000). But as said, these details could be completely wrong and there might be no laptop at all from the Chinese brand that has been expanding its portfolio in every electronic segment, not just smartphones.
We’ll need to wait till 27th to see if Xiaomi has something in plans for the Windows 10-powered laptop, or is it an event limited to the smartphone launches. Stay tuned for the same.
