Shopclues, an online marketplace in India has announced the exclusive launch of Penta T-Pad Laptop through their marketplace, which is one of the cheapest convertible laptops available in the market. The Penta T-Pad, a product of Pantel is a two-in-one laptop which can be detached from the keyboard and used as a tablet device as well. The Pantel Penta T-Pad features a 10.1-inch 10Point Capacitive touch display with HD resolution.
The 2-in-1 laptop is powered by an Intel Core X5 Z8300 SoC clocking at 1.44 GHZ Cherrytrail coupled with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 32GB ROMFLASH storage which can be expanded further to 256GB. The laptop runs on Windows 10 OS. The tablet comes with a 2MP front-facing camera and a 5MP rear camera which is also a first in the segment which it is competing in. Pantel has earlier launched Penta T-Pad WS802X which was a Windows 10 Tablet with a detachable keyboard as well.

The device comes with a detachable keyboard which when attached turns the tablet device into a laptop. The device comes with connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 for connectivity including an SIM slot would have been even better but I guess we are expecting a lot from a 2-in-1 convertible at this price. The Penta T-Pad competes with the likes of Lenovo Ideapad 100S, Lava Twintab, Acer One 10, Micromax Laptab etc.
The Pantel Penta T-Pad is available exclusively on Shopclues at a price of Rs. 11,599 and Shopclues is giving a further discount of Rs. 600 which comes to a price of Rs. 10,999.It comes bundled with a free 3G dongle by Aircel with 6 months of free internet connectivity.
