Having a weight of 1kg, the Google Pixelbook is the latest and the top-end laptop from Google. The Pixelbook comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display with the Quad HD LCD that gives it a pixel density of 235 PPI. The Pixelbook offers variants with Core i5 and i7 processors, and there are variants with RAM capacities as well.
USB Type-C charger, with up to 10 hours of use and charging the Pixelbook just for 15 minutes gives it about 2 hours of usage. There are automatic updates, and no worrying about security patches. Important files available locally as well as on Google Drive. The laptop has an assistant key on the keyboard that helps with Google Assistant, which can also be activated by the “ok google” command.
The Pixelbook supports Google Play to have the smartphone apps available on the laptop. One of the major features of the laptop is the instant tethering to the Pixel smartphones and there is no need to setup a hotspot for connecting to the Pixel device. The Pixelbook comes with a Google Pixelbook Pen that uses machine learning to recognize your handwriting.It has a 10ms latency and 1000+ levels of pressure sensitivity.
The 2-in-1 laptop comes with a price starting at $999 and the Pixelbook Pen is a separate accessory priced at $99. These will be available from October 31st though the pre-booking starts today.
