Audio-Technica with the introduction of their latest set of High-fiedelity Gaming headsets called ATH-AG1X and ATH-ADG1X. Both the headphones are the new and improved variants of the company’s popular headphones ATH-AG1 and ATH-ADG1. Both the device come with similar design taken from the previous models and having newly designed 53mm large-diameter drivers, and improved 3D Wing Support System for even greater comfort.
Both the headphones are built to bridge in the gap between audiophile and gaming headphones headphones to give the details along with the experience of a gaming headset. The 53mm large-diameter drivers help in delivering superlative reproduction of speech, special effects and soundtracks with high-power handling and volume, deep bass and superior mid range and treble definition.

Both include built-in microphone with windscreen along with additional gaming specific features like the closed-back ATH-AG1X employs Audio-Technica’s exclusive Double Air Damping System, this tech uses a main chamber that houses the driver plus an additional chamber that controls and focuses the airflow produced by the driver, for expanding and controlling its bass output. For clear in-game voice communication and to reject unwanted ambient noise, both the headsets have a gooseneck condenser microphone with a supercardioid element, to combat additional wind and breath noise a windscreen is also supplied.
The gooseneck mic comes with a 100-degree path which includes volume control and integrated locking mute switch to enable one-hand operation. Both the headphones come with 1 3.9-foot or 1.2 meter cable and a 6.6-foot or 2.0 meters extension cable.
