The Domestic brand; Lava mobiles have launched the India’s first 4G VoLTE enabled feature phone banking on the popularity the VoLTE calling services have gained since the launch of Reliance Jio in the country. The Lava Connect M1 is priced at just Rs.3,333 and will be available across various offline retailers in a few weeks. The phone is the first feature phone to have support for the Jio 4G network.
Unlike many Features phones in the market, The Lava Connect M1 packs decent specifications giving enough power to the device. The device sports a 2.4-inches (320 x 240 pixels) display and is powered by the 1.2 GHz Quad-core Processor. It packs 512 MB RAM and 4GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB.
It also has a VGA camera and other features include Wireless FM, Box speaker and K class amplifier, and Torch light. Connectivity features include 4G with VoLTE (Voice over LTE), Bluetooth. A 1750mAh battery is on board for all battery requirements.
