Lenovo has launched their first PC on stick device in India, the Stick PC 300 which was announced in June and showcased in IFA 2015 earlier this month. The device was available across the globe and is now available in India from the official Lenovo online Store. The device was named as Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300 globally and in Indian market it is named as Stick PC 300.
The Stick PC 300 is similar to the Intel Compute Stick and recently launched Asus Vivostick , it will help you use any display with a HDMI port and turn into a PC with the latest Windows OS running on it. It will come in quite handy for users who are into a lot of travelling, with the USB size device turning any display into a full-fledged PC. The Lenovo Stick PC 300 sports a Quad-core Intel Baytrial Z3735 Processor and supported by 2GB RAM having expandable memory up to 32GB using microSD card slot. This is not a powerful portable device but one which can be handy and useful giving security of using your own PC at any time.
The Stick PC 300 runs on Windows 8.1 with an option to upgrade to Windows 10 as well. The device measures 100 x 38 x 15mm in dimensions and weighs 65g in weight. It comes with 1 HDMI port, 1 Micro USB2.0 port for power via bundled adapter and 1 USB 2.0 Host port for external USB devices It also comes with a microSD card slot for expanding storage space.
