Remix OS Player is the newly released tool by Jide, the developer of Remix OS that got popularity quite quickly for how well it did as an OS. The OS Player that is being offered this time is a virtual machine package that allows Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets to run the Android ROM as a sideloaded app that doesn’t interfere with the normal functions of the OS.
Just like the other Android emulators, Remix OS Player works flawlessly on Windows OS and it is made with the virtual machine based on Android Studio, though Jide, as it always does, has worked a lot on changing the experience and making it possible for even the basic users to understand what it is and use it with ease.
The Remix OS’ Gaming Toolkit gives you everything you need to enjoy your favorite Android games on a PC, and the OS is optimized to play Android games well. Also, as the release notes say, Remix OS Player is the only Android emulator that allows you to play multiple games at the same time. Remix OS Player is based on Android Marshmallow OS, unlike the other emulators that are still based on the previous versions.
So, if you are wondering how is this different from any other Android emulator, you should check a couple of them because Jide has been successful in making the emulator so good that it allows easy gaming, which is not so good and is quite compromised on the other emulators.
Following are the requirements for you to run Remix OS Player on your PC.
- Windows 7 (64-bit) or newer
- Core i3 (Recommend Core i5 or Core i7)
- 4GB RAM
- 8GB Storage (Recommend 16GB)
- Internet access is helpful
- Enabled Virtualization Technology in BIOS

For now, it is available for Windows OS but Jide mentions that they are working to bring out the version for Mac OS as well.
