Apple had introduced the MacBook Pro 2016 edition after a lot of hype last month, and for the Indian market, no details about the launch date were mentioned back then and the Apple website still shows the status as coming soon. According to a report coming from Gagdets360, Apple Resellers across the country have started receiving the stocks for the MacBook Pro 13-inch model that doesn’t come with the Touch Bar. The MacBook Pro 2016 is not yet listed on any of the e-commerce sites yet, with stocks reaching in we can only expect that they will be launched officially very soon.
The Macbook Pro 2016 13-inch model comes with the traditional function keys instead of the OLED panel that made its debut with other models of the MacBook Pro 2016. The new Apple Macbook is lighter and thinner and is powered by the powerful Intel 6th generation Skylake CPU clocked at 2.0GHz Core i5 dual-core processor with integrated Intel Iris Graphics 540.
It packs 8GB LPDDR3 RAM and 256GB of storage. It sports a 13.3-inch Retina (2560×1600 pixels) LED-backlit display with 267 PPI. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm audio jack, two Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type-C) ports.
The non touch bar Apple MacbcBook Pro 2016 will be priced starting from Rs. 1,55,900 and the 15-inch variant will be priced starting at Rs. 2,05,900 whenever they get launched in India. We got in touch with one of the resellers in the local market and are told that it could be about December when the Touch Bar based model will come to the market.
