OPPO’s selfie master series is what we are talking about here, but which is the best phone among the three that got released one after the other? The OPPO F1 was the first phone with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and then, we see the next two phones having a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. The OPPO F1 Plus is power packed and has 4GB of RAM.
We’ve used each of these phones and have seen how well they perform. Interestingly, you won’t notice a big difference in the performance of the smartphones, but as an overall package, the OPPO F1s seems like the best option of the three. Let me tell you why!
The display
A clear winner with the resolution is the F1 Plus but we’ve seen several phones having a 720p resolution with the 5.5-inch screen size. The OPPO F1s has that exact spec and it isn’t bad at all, though nothing to take away from the F1 Plus that has a much sharper display.
Processor, RAM, and Storage
The processors in all the three are different. Interestingly, if we are to compare the performance between them, all the three perform quite well even with different processors. The OPPO F1 Plus has 4GB of RAM while the other two phones have 3GB of RAM. For the storage, it is a step-wise upgrade, with the F1 having 16GB internal storage, the F1s having a 32GB storage while the F1 Plus having 64GB internal storage.
The cameras
While the rear camera is the same on all the three phones, i.e. a 13-megapixel rear camera with the F/2.2 aperture, the front camera is where the phones differ a bit. The difference is between the OPPO F1 and the other two phones in the lineup.
The F1 comes with an 8-megapixel selfie camera, while the F1s and F1 Plus come with a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The battery
This is one of the departments where the OPPO F1s takes the lead and becomes one of the reasons why one should choose that over the other two phones. The OPPO F1 has a 2500 mAh battery, the F1 Plus comes with a 2850 mAh battery and then the F1s carries a bigger 3050 mAh battery, which would drain lesser because of the HD resolution of the screen.
The pricing!
Most of us expected the OPPO F1s to be priced in the mid of the two phones that are already in the market. But it was going to be priced at the uppish side, and it was a surprise when the price was announced. The OPPO F1s is priced at Rs. 17990, which makes it all worth it.
Why is the OPPO F1s the best phone?
If you look at all the specs, you know that the OPPO F1 Plus is the best device. But then, the pricing is an important factor and considering that and the similarity between F1s and F1 Plus for the fingerprint scanner and front camera, and also considering the fact that the F1s has a better battery life, it surely is the go-to choice when you talk of the best phone among the three from OPPO.
