Processor:
The processor is similar to the OnePlus One carrying a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Quad Core processor. The OnePlus Two comes with a higher 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. The OnePlus X with a smaller display and similar processor as the OnePlus One will surely be better in processing speeds comparatively.
RAM and Storage:
The OnePlus One, OnePlus X and OnePlus 2 (16GB variant) come with a similar 3GB RAM, but the higher 64GB variant OnePlus 2 comes with a 4GB RAM. Camera:
The OnePlus X comes with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front facing camera which is better than both the OnePlus 2 and OnePlus One in terms of the front camera which is a 5MP shooter although having a same 13MP camera in the rear it is lacking Laser Autofocus and OIS which makes a lot of difference.
