Conclusion – Which is a better phone of the two?
One of the major difference between the phones is the battery capacity where the Redmi 3s has a much higher battery capacity, i.e. a 4100 mAh battery when compared to the 2750 mAh battery on the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus. On the other side, the Vibe K5 Plus comes with a better display having a Full HD resolution compared to the HD display on the Redmi 3s.
Also, the problem with a variant that is priced lesser on the Redmi 3s is that it does not have a fingerprint scanner. Only the one with 3GB of RAM, i.e. the one priced at Rs. 8999 has a fingerprint sensor. If having a fingerprint scanner is important, then one can always go with the Redmi 3s now, because of the battery capacity and also similar RAM capacity and storage as the Vibe K5 Plus.
