Sony has unveiled their latest mirrorless camera, the A6300 which adds to their comprehensive lineup of mirrorless cameras. The Sony A6300 carries the tag of being the ‘Worlds fastest Autofocus camera’ thanks to the 4D Focus system which can lock focus on a subject in as little as 0.05 seconds, making it the world’s fastest acquisition time.The camera comes with a 24.2MP sensor and has 425 phase detection autofocus points to help in shooting sports with ease as the focus points are positioned over the entire area which is 7.5 times more density compared to its predecessor, the A6000.

You can shoot images at the rate of 11 frames per second with continuous autofocus and exposure tracking. It supports continuous live-view framing up to 8 fps on the LCD screen or viewfinder. The Sony A6300 supports WiFi and NFC and is compatible with Sony’s PlayMemories Mobile application which is available for Android and iOS.
The 24.2MP APS-C sized Exmor CMOS sensor gives amazing image quality by working together with BIONZ X image processing engine. It supports ISO sensitivity from 100-51200. When coming to Video recording, it supports high-resolution 4K video with full pixel readout and no pixel binning in Super 35mm format, you can record up to 29 minutes of video at a time. It records at 100Mbps during 4K video recording and 50Mbps during standard Full HD recording.
This is a first for Sony E-mount interchangeable lens camera with an APS-C sized sensor, other cameras which sport this feature are the full-frameA7R II and A7II models. The A6300 also supports AF in focus magnifier mode expanded flexible spot AF, Eye AF in AF-C mode etc.
The Sony A6300 is available at all Sony Center, Alpha flagship stores and major electronic stores across India from today and is priced at Rs. 74,990 with SELP1650 lens.
