JioJoin, the app that makes it possible for the Jio SIM card users to make calls even if the phone doesn’t have VoLTE feature, is being rebranded and the new name of the app is Jio4GVoice. The app also sees a lot of improvements and addition of features, making it more meaningful and useful.
The app is one of the most popular free apps on the Google Play Store alongside the MyJio app, which is the most popular app because of the quick downloads it has been getting. The app is compatible to Android Marshmallow and earlier versions, and according to Reliance Jio Digital Pvt. Ltd. the support for Android N is coming soon. The next update of the app will also have an Indian language keyboard, which will be useful for those who prefer languages like Hindi over English.
As for the Jio4GVoice, here is the change log for the latest update.
- Enhanced user experience
- Enriched dialer
- Share maps and doodle during a call
- Rich calling experience on VoLTE devices
