HMD Global has announced few new Nokia phones at the IFA 2019 event in Berlin, of which two are Android phones with the triple rear camera combination, and these two continue the lineup of Nokia 6 and Nokia 7 series.
Nokia 7.2
The Nokia 7.2 is all about the triple rear camera setup, which has the Quad Pixel technology as well as Zeiss optics. The triple camera comprises of 48 MP 1/2″ Quad Pixel, 5 MP depth sensor, 8 MP sensor with ultra-wide lens. The phone has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with the PureDisplay technology and always-on HDR. Internally, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 platform, options with 4GB and 6GB of RAM, and storage options of 64GB and 128GB with a MicroSD card slot allowing the storage expansion by up to 512GB. On the front of the Nokia 7.2 is a 20MP quad-pixel camera.
The phone has a 3500 mAh battery and it runs Android 9 Pie out of the box, and as it is a part of the Android One series, expect timely updates on the device.
Nokia 6.2
The Nokia 6.2 isn’t a hugely different phone by the looks, but there are certain differences on the spec sheet. The phone has a similar display but it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 platform. There are variants with 3GB/4GB RAM, and 32, 64, and 128GB storage options and there is an option to expand the storage. As for the cameras, the primary camera here is a 16MP one with the other two cameras being the same as they were on the Nokia 7.2. The selfie camera here has an 8MP sensor. The phone has a 3500 mAh battery and it is also a part of the Android One program.
