Panasonic has launched their latest mid-range smartphone, the Panasonic Eluga Ray 530, today, in India. The Eluga Ray 530 comes with a Big View display underneath which lies a MediaTek SOC.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 530 features a 5.7-inch HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1440×720 pixels. A 2.5D curved glass covers the 18:9 screen. Powering the smartphone is a quad-core MediaTek MT6739WA SOC, clocked at 1.3 GHz, with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU handling the graphics. Paired with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, the phone also offers storage expansion up to 128 GB using a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo.
For the cameras, the Panasonic Eluga Ray 530 uses a single 13 MP autofocus camera with a f/2.0 aperture along with an LED flash on the back. There’s also a 5 MP selfie shooter on the front which is also assisted by a front-facing flash module. The cameras offer Bokeh mode, time-lapse mode as well as auto scene detection.
The Panasonic Eluga Ray 530 comes with a 3000 mAh battery. For connectivity, the phone comes with 4G VoLTE, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. The phone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and has facial unlock, for securely unlocking your smartphone.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 530 comes in Black and Blue colors. The phone comes at INR 8,999 and is already available at offline retail stores across India.
