The insecurity of Samsung is getting the best of them, the company had earlier introduced a Samsung “Test Drive” deal for iPhone users who would be given a Samsung device of their choice, from the three devices at offer Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5. If you were planning to take the test drive deal but did not go through with it, here is another addition to the deal by Samsung.
According to the new promotion, if any user decides to go through with the deal and purchased the Samsung device taken for trial, will be getting a $100 Google Store credit. These credit points can be used to purchase games, apps, books and other content available on google play store.
Along with the $100 as credit points for taking the deal, you can get $100 more if you trade-in your iPhone with your carrier or retailer. After you completed the whole procedure of Samsung Test Drive, like entering your email, answering the questions and taking a survey along with submitting a photo of the receipt as proof of purchase. Samsung will mail the $100 Google Play credit to your email which can be used in Google Play store to purchase any content in the store.
To get the other $100 you have to Trade-in your iPhone to receive the amount, which will be sent as a cheque in mail. According to reports Samsung Test Drive received unexpected response and the company is said to have ran out of test devices. Looking at the response, they have introduced this new offer which will be applicable to the users who have used the offer earlier, as well as new customers.
It seems like Samsung is trying to take in as many customers as possible before the September 9th Apple event which is most likely to see the launch of a new iPhone, which might prove to be a tough competitor to the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
