As you know that Lenovo has acquired Moto and has come up with some best devices in Moto’s lineup, we’ve got some bigger news for y’all. The leaks of smartphones usually happen when the device is announced and only one at a time. Here, we’ve got the leak of Moto’s entire lineup for the year 2017 in the form of a presentation slide which seems to be for the company officials. From the leaked presentation slide, the company seems to be planning to launch nine new smartphones more in this year in ‘z’, ‘x’, ‘g’, ‘e’, and ‘c’ series.
Yes, the company has come up with ‘GS’ series again after the Moto G5 and G5 Plus were a big hit. As per the tag, the ‘GS’ series is the ‘Unlimited Premium’ segment devices. As seen from the image, there are going to be two devices. Namely, the Moto g5S and Moto g5S Plus same as the G5 and G5 Plus. The Moto GS is going to have 5.2-inch full HD display with full metal body whereas the gS Plus is going to sport a dual-lens rear camera and a 5.5-inch full HD display. What do you say? Seems like there just some advanced versions of the Moto G5 and G5 Plus.
Coming to the ‘E’ series, which has a tag of ‘Unlimited Value’ also has two devices, i.e, Moto E and Moto E Plus. Both of them are going to have a 720p display with 5-inch and 5.5-inch 2.5D screens respectively. The E Plus is coming with a 5000 mAh battery as it seems and will keep you running at least for two days.
Talking about the ‘X’ series, which has a tag ‘Unlimited Perfection’ has one phone coming out from it. The name is still not out though officially but it seems to be the X4, from the images, having a 5.2-inch full HD display along with 3D glass on the top and a camera what they call SmartCam. Fortunately, the presentation video of this particular phone is leaked on the China’s Baidu website that the device is powered by latest Snapdragon 660 SoC, 64GB internal storage along with 4GB of RAM, and a 3800 mAh battery.
In the ‘Z’ series, ‘Unlimited Capabilities’ as they call has two phones awaiting. If you don’t know already, the Moto’s ‘Z’ series is famous for the Moto Mods with which you can customize the phone well. The two phone being Moto Z Play and Moto Z Force, the Moto Z Play is going to be a basic one with 5.5-inch full HD display and Moto Mods. The Moto Z Force seems to have ShatterShield screen along with Moto Mods and Gigabit LTE. This hints more to us that it may be equipped with the Snapdragon 835 as it is the only chipset that currently supports the Gigabit LTE. Or else, it might be a newer chipset.
From other leaks, there were seven more phones from Moto beginning with the model numbers XT which have received Wi-Fi certification from Wi-Fi Alliance as seen on the report from MobileXpose. The model numbers are XT1770, XT1772, XT1773, XT1724, XT1725, XT1726, and XT1721 respectively. All these phones are expected to launch in ‘C’ or ‘E’ series, all powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC and running on the latest Android 7.0 or 7.1.1 Nougat.
